Product Specifications
Product: Normal Swine Serum
Code Number: 014-000-001
Lot Number: 123032
Physical State: Freeze-dried solid
Size: 2.0 ml
Protein Concentration: 60.0 mg/ml
Suggested Working Dilution: For blocking purposes, use 5% (v/v) solution (1:20 dilution from rehydrated volume).
Rehydration according to instruction yields 100% serum.
Buffer: 0.01M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25M NaCl, pH 7.6
Preservative: 0.05% Sodium Azide
Reconstitution and Storage: Store freeze-dried powder at 2-8°C. When ready to use, rehydrate with 2.0 ml dH2O and centrifuge if
not clear. Product is stable for about 6 weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Prepare working dilution fresh each day. For
extended storage after rehydration, aliquot and freeze undiluted product at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Expiration date: one year from date of rehydration. The expiration date may be extended if test results are acceptable for the
intended use.
Process: Normal serum is lipid extracted and dialyzed against the above buffer.
Country of Origin: USA
Note: For in vitro research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This product is not a medical device.
